GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1st Scope
The products offered at our online shop are not legally binding offers, but a uncommodating online catalogue. After entering your personal data and by clicking the button "Ordering" you oblige a binding upon all parties. You receive an immediateorder confirmation after proceeding your purchase.By choosing the available payment methods you accept our conditional purchase agreement. Otherwise, your purchase will be binding by receiving the order confirmation or the product deliverance.
2nd Conclusion of the contract
The business relation between GelaSkins Deutschland UG, Auf der Heide 32, 67360 Lingenfeld and our customers strictly apply to these terms and conditions. Contrary or deviating from these terms and conditions will not be accepted by GelaSkins Deutschland UG. Deviant terms and conditions by customers only retain validity if GelaSkins Deutschland UG accede with and submit a written objection.
3rd Partial deliveries
As far as reasonable for you GelaSkins Deutschland UG is authorized to transact partial deliveries. Additional shipping costs will not be charged without explicit written objection.
4th Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of GelaSkins Deutschland UG until full payment.
4.1 copyrights and licences
GelaSkins Deutschland UG sells original removable art prints from licensed artists for laptops, subnotebooks, iPod, iPhone and gamings. The works of all artists are spiritually and artistically copyrighted by law. The authors granted GelaSkins Inc. the right of recovery. Moreover the copyright designation. This additionally applies to the reproduction and dissemination. GelaSkins artists have agreed to the masterconditions of exploitation and digital rights and use through licensing agreements and industrial property rights as well as copyright works. Thus, the artists participate in the proceeds of each sold GelaSkins. Works of art, where the author is dead more than 70 years the copyright belongs to Section 60 UrhG own photos therefore may be published.
5th Revocation notice
Consumers are permitted to: Cancel the contract declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail to: sales@gelaskins-deutschland.de or by returning the goods). The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of the goods and the detailed instructions in text form. To meet this ackknowledgement please return the goods within the period stipulated. The revocation must be sent to: GelaSkins Deutschland UG, Auf der Heide 32, 67360 Lingenfeld, GERMANY.
5.1 Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the benefits received by each party will be returned and surrendered. In case of damaged quality or simply partial return shipments, you will be obliged to pay compensation for the value. In addition, you can avoid liability for compensation by not using the goods as a matter of your own property nor take any action which could impair the value of the goods. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days after sending your cancellation. You have to bear the costs of returning if the delivered goods are equivalent to the goods you’ve ordered. The price of returnig goods should not exceed th amount of 40 euros.You must have provided a partial payment. Please prepay your package as requested by The Deutsche Post, otherwise we have to charge you 12,00 Euro afterwards. We are happy to send you a return label to provide you a free of charge return.
5.3 The revocation is excluding:
Products explicit exported to customer specifications or definitely customized to personal needs.

6th Prices, payment and delivery
We accept PayPal, Click&Buy (Master, Visa) or Prepayment via bank transfer.
The common delivery period for goods in stock are 2-3 business days. For understocked goods, referring to bottlenecks at the production plant, the delivery period varies up to 14 business days. For urgent orders please contact us under service@gelaskins.de to ask delivery time.
7th Shipping Costs
The shipping fee for deliveries for all european countries and worlwide is EUR 4,50. Free Shipping for a value of 50,- EUR and more.
8th Warranty and Customer Service
The guarantee is in accordance with statutory provisions. Additional information on any manufacturer guarantees please refer to the product documentation. For returning goods please inform us within the framework kept recorded by our settlement of warranty claims.
