Playdead Cult presents to you a case of finding beauty in the strangest of places. Featuring clothing adorned with the art of Stu Andrenelli, who draws inspiration from the world as he interprets it through his A.D.D. ridden brain, and finished with Bean's O.C.D. eye for detail, each piece in the Playdead clothing line becomes not just a T shirt or skirt but a piece of (dys)functional art! For the past seven and a half years Playdead has been stirring up a cult-like following in the underground arts and music scene. Up until this year they have been focused on filling a local demand by opening their own retail store in Toronto, a store that has become a landmark in the city with its unique and eye-catching anti-aesthetic. Throughout Playdead's reign there has been a kind of hushed excitement among those who discovered the brand and wear it proudly. A fear that word would spread, and their secret would be out to the masses. But this year, Playdead is spreading internationally. The word is out. Come join the Cult.
